Sweet Luxury offers self-catering accommodation in a bold and earthy, light and uncluttered apartment situated in the affluent suburb of Clifton.

The apartment was designed to optimise the beautiful views of Clifton, the Twelve Apostles mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment offers a lovely outdoor entertainment area with splash pool which overlooks the whole of Clifton, perfectly positioned for guests to enjoy the evening sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean with direct access to the famous 1st Beach. 

There is secure parking for 2 cars on the roof of the building which is the entrance level of the property.

Guests can proceed down through the secure gate down the stairs to the lower level of the building.

There are only two units in the building and Sweet Luxury is on the lower level of the building on the sea side of the road - so there are stairs all the way down to the front door of the apartment.

The entrance level of the apartment is the living area, kitchen, one bedroom, and guest toilet, entertainment area with splash pool. On the lower level is the 2nd bedroom with separate bathroom, TV lounge and main bedroom with walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with doors opening onto a private deck. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, an espresso machine, TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a security system and 24-hour armed response.

Included in the rental is housekeeping every 3rd day.
